Project Specialist

About the role

The Project Specialist will coordinate and drive medium‑size, cross‑functional projects, primarily focused on warehouse improvement and related initiatives. You will act as a central point of contact, ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders and timely delivery of project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, track progress against timelines, and maintain project documentation.
• Support planning, implementation, and execution of projects, including risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, lead project calls, assign work, and manage timelines.
• Collect and organize data for research projects, prepare draft inputs for reports and briefings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of project coordination experience, preferably with vendor management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Resilient, energetic, and positive attitude.

Required skills

• PMP or CAPM certification (advantageous).
• Proficiency in Mandarin (advantageous for client liaison).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities.
