About the role

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring that each phase is delivered on time and to the required quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with design teams, contractors, and clients to drive projects from concept through completion and into the post‑completion warranty phase.

Key responsibilities

Manage overall project management functions, covering the Design Development Stage, including preparation of design documentation and alignment with client requirements.
Oversee the Project Implementation Stage, coordinating construction activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with specifications.
Administer the Defects Liability Period, tracking warranty items, coordinating remedial works, and ensuring resolution of any post‑completion defects.
