Project Manager / Executive

About the role

Anchor Consulting is seeking a proactive Project Manager / Executive to join its growing team in Kuala Lumpur. The role combines project oversight with executive support, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations and briefing materials.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across departments.
• Track project budgets, timelines and deliverables, addressing any issues promptly.
• Support senior management in decision‑making and strategic planning.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
