Project Finance Assistant Manager – E‑invoicing Project

About the role

The Project Finance Assistant Manager/Manager will lead the end‑to‑end planning, execution and governance of our E‑invoicing initiative. You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure the project meets its financial, timeline and quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets and schedules for the E‑invoicing rollout.
• Monitor project performance, track milestones, and report progress to senior leadership.
• Coordinate governance activities, including risk assessment, issue resolution and change management.
• Facilitate alignment among finance, IT, operations and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in finance project management or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to evolving project needs.
