About the role

The Project Executive will lead construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This on‑site, full‑time position reports to senior management and works closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule and allocate resources for each project phase.
  • Execute project plans, monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
  • Track budgets, control costs and report financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
  • Close projects by delivering final documentation and conducting post‑project reviews.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in managing construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of project life‑cycle, budgeting and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
