About the role

The Project Executive will lead construction projects for a flooring specialist, overseeing each phase from inception to handover. This on‑site, full‑time position requires coordination of multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

Manage construction projects from start‑up through final handover.
Handle project claims, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules.
Oversee purchasing activities and maintain accurate project documentation.
Provide ongoing project support and reporting to senior management.

Required profile

Proven experience in construction project management or a related role.
Strong ability to manage claims, coordination and purchasing processes.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to work on‑site in Ara Damansara, Selangor.
