Project Coordinator – Translation Services

About the role

The Project Coordinator at TransPerfect will manage translation projects from initiation to delivery, acting as the single point of accountability. You will collaborate with sales, translators, and quality teams to ensure timely, accurate language solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full life‑cycle of assigned language and translation projects.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interpret and follow detailed project instructions.
• Work with sales staff to clarify project parameters and relay any issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contract translators and proofreaders worldwide.
• Coordinate with quality personnel to guarantee linguistic accuracy and compliance with client specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Korean.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience coordinating projects and allocating resources is a plus.
• Effective time‑management skills.
• 0‑3 years of experience in administration or project management.
