About the role
We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join Sedania Innovator in Petaling Jaya. This role offers a fast‑track entry into engineering project management, allowing you to oversee projects, tenders, quality initiatives and employee development programmes. You will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to gain hands‑on experience in the full project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor engineering projects from initiation to delivery.
- Prepare and manage tender documentation and submission processes.
- Drive quality improvement activities across project teams.
- Organise and support employee development and succession planning programmes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
