About the role

The Program Management Executive will oversee customer accounts and programs, ensuring high satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and aligning initiatives with strategic objectives. This on‑site role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating program activities to meet business goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts and maintain strong, ongoing relationships.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalising on opportunities within existing programs.
  • Ensure all programs are aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
  • Monitor program performance and report progress to senior leadership.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in program or project management.
  • Strong customer‑facing skills with a focus on satisfaction and results.
