Program Management Executive

About the role

Orca Creation is looking for a detail‑oriented Program Management Executive to support project planning and delivery within its manufacturing and logistics operations. The role focuses on leveraging analytics and data visualization to drive efficient program execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of production and logistics programs.
• Collect, analyse, and visualise data to monitor project performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders to track milestones and resource utilisation.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with production and transport objectives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets.
• Experience in program or project management within manufacturing, transport or logistics environments.
• Proactive attitude with good communication skills.
