Program Management Administrator

About the role

Based in Bayan Lepas, Penang, the Program Management Administrator will oversee the execution of both new and sustaining projects within Venture Corporation’s manufacturing and logistics operations. Reporting to senior management, the role combines team leadership with hands‑on project coordination to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional team that includes project leads, engineers, planners and support staff.
• Plan, monitor and control project schedules, resources and budgets for new initiatives and ongoing maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and keep projects aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare regular status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program or project management within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
