About the role
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a team of production workers at our Penang facility. In this role you will ensure that manufacturing operations run smoothly and meet established standards, contributing to B. Braun’s mission of protecting and improving people’s health.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate day‑to‑day activities of the production team.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality, safety and schedule requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and address operational issues promptly.
Required profile
- Experience supervising production or manufacturing teams.
- Understanding of manufacturing operations and ability to follow established procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
