Product Specialist – Medical Devices

About the role
The Product Specialist will promote and support medical device solutions for healthcare providers in Ipoh. You will act as the bridge between the company’s product portfolio and the needs of hospitals and clinics, ensuring optimal usage and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Present and demonstrate medical devices to healthcare professionals.
- Provide product training, technical support, and post‑sale service.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to address product issues.
Required profile
- Strong interest in healthcare and medical technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel locally for client visits.
- Self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
