Product Project Lead – Country Manager (Malaysia)

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Country Project Lead to drive the rollout of the Mastercard Offers Network in Malaysia. This execution‑oriented role will partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure the solution is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with regional strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the Mastercard Offers Network project in Malaysia.
• Develop and manage detailed local project timelines, action plans, and milestones.
• Ensure cross‑functional alignment and timely execution across all workstreams.
• Act as the primary liaison among country teams, regional product teams, and external partners.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across local internal and external stakeholders.
• Organise and lead local Steering Committee meetings to maintain governance and strategic alignment with the Regional Program Lead.
• Coordinate market assessments with regional teams and apply validated go‑to‑market strategies.
• Align project activities with local Account Management, Country Manager, and Sales Business Leads.

Required profile

• Execution‑oriented professional with proven domain experience in product or program delivery.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills, able to partner with multiple teams and drive consensus.
• Ability to manage complex projects, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget outcomes.
• Excellent communication and governance capabilities for steering committee leadership.
