Product Management Manager – CAE SEA (Malaysia)

About the role

Mastercard’s Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) division is looking for a seasoned Product Management Manager to lead the go‑to‑market strategy for loyalty and rewards products across Malaysia and Brunei. Reporting to the VP of CAE SEA, you will work closely with regional product, implementation, sales, and operations teams to drive revenue and deepen client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own the GTM strategy for CAE and loyalty products in Malaysia and Brunei, aligning with SEA financial targets.
• Collaborate with regional product teams to refine market fit and prioritize feature enhancements for the SEA market.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, managing program performance, KPI reporting, and issue resolution.
• Conduct quarterly and monthly business reviews with clients, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Assess program change requests, coordinate feasibility studies, and drive implementation with cross‑functional partners.
• Partner with sales specialists and solution engineers to ensure program requirements are met.

Required profile

• Strong product management experience with a proven go‑to‑market track record.
• Excellent cross‑functional project coordination and business analysis skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior client relationships.
• Hands‑on execution mindset and capacity to work independently.
