Product Management Intern – Digital Tools & CRM Support

About the role

The Product Management Intern supports Greenpeace Southeast Asia in building smarter digital foundations for supporter engagement. The intern will assess and consolidate the team’s product and tools ecosystem and help optimise the CRM and related systems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a full audit of digital tools and platforms across the region, identify overlaps, integration gaps and usage levels, and develop a prioritised consolidation roadmap.
• Assist in auditing CRM configurations, list segmentation, contact hygiene and workflow logic, and support the setup and testing of CRM automations.
• Collaborate with the Integrated Engagement Manager and Database Manager to design supporter data architecture, identify data quality issues and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Foundational understanding of CRM systems, web analytics and digital platform management.
• Strong structured thinking and business‑analysis skills to break down problems and produce actionable documentation.
• Collaborative mindset, proactive attitude and genuine commitment to Greenpeace’s environmental mission.
