Product GTM Lead – Malaysia

About the role

Lead the rollout of Mastercard Offers Network in Malaysia, a strategic pillar of the 2030 Mastercard strategy. You will act as the country‑level project lead, ensuring the solution is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with regional objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver the Mastercard Offers Network project in Malaysia.
• Develop and manage detailed local project timelines, action plans, and milestones.
• Ensure cross‑functional alignment and timely execution across all workstreams.
• Serve as the primary liaison among country teams, regional product teams, and external partners.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organise and lead local Steering Committee meetings to maintain governance and strategic alignment.
• Coordinate market assessments with regional teams and apply validated go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• Execution‑oriented professional with proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at senior levels.
• Experience in go‑to‑market strategy implementation, preferably in payments or financial services.
• Based in Malaysia and able to work onsite.
