About the role

The Product & Customer Service Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring smooth customer interactions for Silver Bullion. Based in Ipoh, Perak, the specialist will handle product‑related inquiries, oversee transaction processes, and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams. The role combines sales support, order coordination, and marketing assistance to enhance the overall client experience. The specialist will also collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to align sales initiatives with operational capabilities. In this position, the incumbent will be expected to maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Silver Bullion’s product range, respond to customer inquiries promptly, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes. The role requires a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced retail environment.
