About the role

The Procurement & Logistics Executive will oversee all purchasing activities and ensure smooth coordination of both local and international shipments for a manufacturing operation. This on‑site position requires close collaboration with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams to maintain an efficient supply chain.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage purchasing activities, including supplier selection, order placement and contract negotiation.
  • Coordinate local shipments to guarantee timely delivery to production sites and customers.
  • Arrange and monitor international shipments, handling customs documentation and freight logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and procurement transactions.
  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with vendors and logistics partners.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in procurement and logistics within a manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of supply‑chain processes, documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work on‑site and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
