Processing Executive – Transaction Operations

About the role

The Processing Executive is responsible for executing transaction requests within KONE Operations or Financial processes, ensuring compliance with established controls and service level targets. The role supports quality improvement, process harmonisation and automation initiatives to drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Process transaction requests accurately within agreed SLAs, ensuring quality, response time, throughput and efficiency.
• Review and validate required information and supporting documentation before processing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and other process teams, track completion and follow up for additional information or approvals.
• Perform quality checks, daily reconciliations and corrective actions, maintaining accurate documentation and performance reporting.
• Support process improvement, harmonisation and automation initiatives using tools such as Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate and SAP.

Required profile

• Secondary school qualification or university education, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
• Previous experience in finance, administration or sales; experience with SAP or similar business systems is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and ability to follow established procedures.
• Good communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural team.
