Process Technician / Senior Technician / Tech Specialist

About the role

This position supports SilTerra's manufacturing operations by driving process improvements and ensuring product quality. The role involves hands‑on work with material dispositions, SPC data, and new process recipe creation, while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing process improvement projects.
• Respond to SPC violation data and perform appropriate annotations.
• Execute CADet material dispositions, including rework, touch‑up, visual inspection and escalation to manufacturing and engineering.
• Create new ISRM/CLC process recipes.
• Attend and complete required training such as process, application software, inline defect monitoring and SPC training.
• Execute Out‑of‑Control Action Plans (OCAP) as defined in specifications.
• Follow all Operations & Process Specifications, written procedures and SilTerra Management System requirements.
• Participate in the Emergency Response Team and ensure a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Diploma or Certificate holder in an engineering discipline.
• Ability to work on shift schedules and respond to urgent process issues.
• Willingness to attend regular training and adhere to ISO‑based management systems.

Required skills

• Statistical Process Control (SPC) analysis and reporting.
• CADet material disposition procedures.
• ISRM/CLC process recipe development.
• Out‑of‑Control Action Plans (OCAP) execution.
