Process Engineer

About the role

The Process Engineer will support the organization by identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities, ensuring optimal service delivery to customers. Reporting to the Corporate Process Engineer, the role utilizes Lean, Six Sigma and project‑management tools to drive quality, productivity and cost‑effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the global continuous improvement program to maximize quality, increase productivity and meet client requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and approval of process and engineering changes.
• Perform internal audits across facilities to verify manufacturing compliance.
• Develop, improve and maintain standard manufacturing documentation and SOPs.
• Prepare 8D reports and develop manufacturing KPI reports.
• Apply lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methods to enhance quality, reliability and cost‑effectiveness.
• Identify improvement opportunities, define objectives, implement solutions and measure results.
• Support project teams in using continuous‑improvement tools and methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or related engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing process engineering, equipment installation and process improvement.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and documentation skills.
• Bilingual in English and Malay.
