About the role
We are looking for a Process Development Staff Engineer (Die Attach) to lead die‑attach process development for both existing and new projects. The position is based in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia and follows a hybrid work model.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimisation of die‑attach processes for current product lines.
- Define and execute process development plans for new product introductions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
- Maintain documentation and track performance metrics of die‑attach processes.
Required profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
- Proven experience in process development, preferably in semiconductor or related manufacturing.
- Ability to work independently and within a hybrid work environment.
