Priority Banking Service Relationship Manager – Johor

About the role

Join Hong Leong Bank’s Priority Banking team in Johor to support Relationship Managers in delivering seamless banking services to high‑value customers. You will act as the first point of contact for walk‑in clients, handling enquiries, complaints and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer issues from initial enquiry through to resolution, including complaints.
• Maintain quality service standards, analyse problems and recommend improvements.
• Engage customers, build trustful relationships and ensure timely, accurate service for walk‑in clients.
• Promote campaigns and cross‑sell products such as credit cards and SMF.
• Refer sales opportunities to Relationship Managers while complying with NCNS policy.
• Verify documentation for AML, FATCA, CRS and other compliance requirements.
• Conduct follow‑up calls to confirm sales and transactions.
• Maintain the Priority Banking Center’s facilities, equipment and stationery.
• Develop and manage an efficient filing system for all documentation.
• Achieve personal and team sales and service targets.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Banking, Investment, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a results‑driven attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Open to Malaysian citizens only.
