Priority Banking Relationship Manager – Petaling Street

About the role

We are looking for a motivated professional with the required wealth‑management licences to serve our Retail High Net Worth clients. The role demands strong sales acumen, deep knowledge of wealth products and a high level of professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deepen profitable relationships with existing and new priority banking customers.
• Market investment products and cross‑sell Hong Leong Bank’s consumer offerings such as mortgages and credit cards.
• Generate new business through referrals and personalised advisory services, working closely with Investment Consultants.
• Achieve acquisition and growth targets for the Priority Banking segment in line with business goals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and the Investment Consultant team to deliver proactive, tailored financial solutions.
• Support the Centre Manager in promoting market presence and meeting individual and overall targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Banking, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Studies or related field.
• Mandatory licences: PCE (Life), PCE (General), CIELI, FIMM/FMUTM (IPPC is an advantage).
• Passion for a sales‑driven environment and a proven track record with wealth products.
• Strong knowledge of Unit Trusts, Bancassurance, Structured Products and Dual‑Currency Investments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
