Priority Banking Relationship Manager – Penang Island

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Priority Banking Relationship Manager to serve high‑net‑worth clients on Penang Island. The role focuses on wealth management, product cross‑selling and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deepen profitable relationships with existing and new Priority Banking customers.
• Market investment products and cross‑sell mortgages, credit cards and other consumer solutions.
• Generate new business through referrals and personalized advisory services, collaborating with Investment Consultants.
• Achieve portfolio growth targets in line with the PB segment business goals.
• Work closely with Product Owners and the Centre Manager to deliver proactive financial services and enhance market presence.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Banking, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Studies or related field.
• Relevant licenses: PCE (Life), PCE (General), CIELI, FIMM/FMUTM (IPPC preferred).
• Strong sales drive, proven track record in wealth products such as unit trusts, bancassurance, structured products and dual‑currency investments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
