Priority Banking Relationship Manager – Johor

About the role

The Priority Banking Relationship Manager will serve high‑net‑worth retail clients in Johor, delivering tailored wealth management solutions and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with product owners and investment consultants to provide proactive, personalized financial advice.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deepen profitable relationships with existing and new priority banking customers.
• Market investment products and cross‑sell consumer offerings such as mortgages and credit cards.
• Expand the customer base through referrals and personalized advisory services.
• Achieve portfolio growth targets in line with the Priority Banking segment goals.
• Collaborate with product owners and investment consultants to deliver holistic financial solutions.
• Support the Centre Manager in enhancing market presence and meeting individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Banking, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing or Business.
• Relevant wealth‑management licences (e.g., PCE Life, PCE General, CIELI, FIMM/FMUTM; IPPC is a plus).
• Strong sales orientation with a proven track record in wealth product sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of wealth products such as unit trusts, bancassurance, structured products and dual‑currency investments.
