Priority Banking Relationship Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Priority Banking Relationship Manager to serve our Retail High Net Worth clients in Klang. The role focuses on building and deepening profitable relationships, providing wealth management advice, and cross‑selling banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain profitable relationships with priority banking customers, expanding portfolio revenue.
• Market investment products and cross‑sell consumer offerings such as mortgages and credit cards.
• Acquire new customers through referrals and personalized advisory services.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Investment Consultant to deliver proactive financial solutions.
• Support the Centre Manager in enhancing market presence and achieving individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Banking, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Marketing or Business Studies.
• Relevant wealth‑management licences: PCE (Life), PCE (General), CIELI, FIMM/FMUTM (IPPC advantageous).
• Proven sales drive and strong track record in wealth products such as unit trusts, bancassurance, structured products and dual‑currency investments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
