Priority Banking Relationship Manager – Damansara

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Priority Banking Relationship Manager to serve high‑net‑worth clients in the Damansara area. You will leverage your wealth‑management licences to deliver tailored financial solutions and grow our premium customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deepen profitable relationships with existing and new priority banking clients.
• Market investment products and cross‑sell Hong Leong Bank consumer offerings such as mortgages and credit cards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Investment Consultants to provide proactive, personalized financial advice.
• Support the Centre Manager in expanding market presence and achieving individual and team revenue targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business or related field.
• Relevant licences: PCE (Life), PCE (General), CIELI, FIMM/FMUTM (IPPC advantageous).
• Proven sales track record and strong knowledge of wealth products (unit trusts, bancassurance, structured products, dual‑currency investments).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
