Planning Manager – Data Center Projects

About the role

The Planning Manager will lead planning and scheduling activities for Data Center construction projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely programme delivery. This role is pivotal in driving contractor performance and aligning construction activities with project objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for Data Center builds.
• Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with programme milestones.
• Monitor contractor performance and take corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Provide regular progress reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid schedule delays.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction planning and scheduling, preferably within Data Center or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work on‑site and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
