Planner / Senior Planner – Customer Order Planning

About the role

As a Planner / Senior Planner you will be the main interface between Bosch, the EDL counterpart and customers, ensuring smooth order management from project start to delivery. You will coordinate production schedules, inventory control and logistics to meet customer demand while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with EDL counterpart and customers to resolve issues and ensure order fulfillment.
• Manage complex customer orders, aligning stakeholders and operations.
• Analyze sales forecasts and customer demand to drive inventory accuracy in SAP.
• Prepare and monitor production schedules to achieve 100% daily attainment and optimal resource utilization.
• Participate in Daily Leadership Routine and collaborate with procurement and logistics teams.
• Arrange shipments, handle special freight and overtime claims, and prepare performance reports.
• Support Bosch Production System activities such as Pull System, Leveling and EPEI.
• Execute planning using Procon Planning Tool and develop automation dashboards (Power BI, RPA).
• Mentor junior planners and lead cross‑functional problem‑solving efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years experience in order management, production planning or supply chain.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive on‑time delivery.
