About the role
The PHP IT Support Specialist will join our 24/7 operations team to deliver technical assistance to both external clients and internal users. Working on‑site in Cheras, you will ensure that our PHP‑based applications run smoothly at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support to clients and internal teams.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting PHP‑based systems.
- Maintain system availability by responding to incidents during all shift hours.
- Document support activities and share knowledge with the team.
Required profile
- Willingness to work a rotating 24/7 shift schedule.
- Strong problem‑solving attitude for IT support tasks.
