About the role

The Personal Assistant will provide high‑level confidential administrative, operational and strategic support to the Managing Director of Public Gold Marketing. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre and works in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information and act as a gatekeeper for internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with project tracking and operational tasks as required.

Required profile

  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
