People Operations Manager

About the role

Pave Bank is seeking a People Operations Manager to build and scale the people operations infrastructure across multiple countries and entities. The role will own end‑to‑end HR processes, systems and employee administration while partnering with leadership to deliver a consistent, high‑quality employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day people operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, leave administration, benefits and off‑boarding for all Group entities.
• Manage and continuously improve the Group’s HRIS and people technology stack to ensure accurate data, automation and support for a multi‑entity, multi‑country organisation.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration across jurisdictions, working with Finance, external providers and local partners to ensure timely processing.
• Identify and implement process improvements to simplify, automate and enhance people processes while maintaining controls and documentation.
• Oversee entity‑level corporate administration, liaising with corporate secretarial providers to maintain accurate records, support filings and provide internal documentation as needed.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations or generalist HR roles with hands‑on ownership of core HR processes.
• Proven track record of building or significantly improving HR processes and systems, preferably in a fast‑moving startup, scale‑up, fintech or financial services environment.
• Experience supporting a multi‑country, multi‑entity workforce and understanding of employment complexities across jurisdictions.
• Strong background with HRIS platforms, payroll administration, employee data management and HR process automation.
• Ability to work independently with high ownership, identifying gaps and implementing solutions without relying on pre‑existing processes.
