People & Communications Services Agent – SEA Markets

About the role

KONE’s Business Services (KBS) is looking for a People & Communications Services Agent to support HR processes for the Southeast Asia market, including the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia. The role is the first point of contact for internal customers, handling inquiries and ensuring high‑quality transaction execution across a range of HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Log and track every request in the case management tool, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements.
• Follow guidelines to meet SLAs and quality targets, maintaining reminders and notifications for HR experts, employees and managers.
• Notify Process Specialists of compliance issues or incomplete documentation.
• Perform quality checks at multiple process stages and keep quality statistics up to date.
• Support local administration, maintain employee files, and participate in team meetings, process analysis and improvement actions.
• Handle HR master data, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, reward and recognition, and learning & development processes.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and the native language of the assigned country.
• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in HR administration, shared‑service or call‑center environments is an advantage.
• Understanding of labour and social law requirements is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
