Partnership Manager – Forex & FinTech

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking a proactive Partnership Manager to expand and nurture its Forex and FinTech partner network. You will work closely with new and existing partners, promoting the company’s products and services while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new partners to grow the partnership network.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing partners, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
• Present and promote company products and services to potential and current partners.
• Conduct meetings, negotiations, presentations, and business reviews with partners and their clients.
• Organise business trips and represent the company at industry events, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and webinars.
• Train partners and their teams on products, services, and partnership programmes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support partner onboarding, marketing initiatives, and business growth.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Maintain accurate partner records in the CRM system and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
• Achieve individual sales targets, partnership KPIs, and other business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, account management, or sales within Forex, CFD, FinTech, or financial services.
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing B2B partners, affiliates, or introducing brokers.
• Strong understanding of Forex/CFD trading products and partnership models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally for partner meetings and industry events.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
