About the role
We are looking for an Outlet Chef specialized in Indian cuisine to lead the culinary operations of our Indian restaurant in Bentong, Pahang. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to the food‑and‑beverage management team and ensures consistent, high‑quality food service. The role includes rent‑free accommodation, meal signing, and uniform & laundry service, with a salary ranging from RM 3,000 to RM 4,000 per month.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the daily culinary operations of the Indian restaurant.
- Manage kitchen staff to deliver Indian dishes according to menu standards.
- Maintain hygiene, safety and quality standards in the kitchen.
- Coordinate with suppliers for Indian ingredients and ensure proper stock levels.
Required profile
- Experience in Indian cuisine preparation.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Bentong.
- Strong organizational skills to manage daily kitchen activities.
