Order Management Executive

About the role

The Executive, Order Management will execute customer order management processes across ASEAN, ANZ and Taiwan, ensuring high‑level service and timely handling of sales and purchase orders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute order management processes in the KL Hub, handling various order models and interfaces.
• Process sales and purchase orders promptly and act as service contact for assigned countries, providing order status updates.
• Manage bill of lading documentation, insurance certificates, and ensure accurate document upload in SAP for audit trails.
• Support internal and external audits, register and follow‑up non‑conformances, and continuously improve order processing cycle times.
• Verify pricing with Marketing, monitor guidelines, and handle debit/credit notes where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in supply chain, order management and shipping document handling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.

Required skills

• SAP (SD module) experience.
