Order Management Executive

About the role

The Order Management Executive will oversee end‑to‑end customer order processes for the ASEAN, ANZ and Taiwan regions, ensuring high‑quality service and timely delivery. Based in the Kuala Lumpur hub, you will act as the primary contact for order status updates and documentation handling.

Key responsibilities

• Execute customer order management processes across multiple models and interfaces.
• Process sales and purchase orders promptly for various customers.
• Monitor order status and provide regular updates to assigned countries and customers.
• Check Bill of Lading drafts for Letter of Credit, third‑party supplier, and key customer orders.
• Manage insurance certificates when required and follow up on Bill of Lading receipt status.
• Collect original Bill of Lading and related documents from suppliers.
• Upload and maintain all documents in SAP to ensure an audit trail.
• Support internal and external audit documentation.
• Register and follow up non‑conformances in the NCM system.
• Participate in workflow improvements to ensure on‑time, accurate documentation.
• Maintain delivery reliability and minimize internal order processing cycle time.
• Verify pricing with Marketing and enforce related guidelines.
• Troubleshoot issues and process debit/credit notes as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma, preferably in Business or Supply Chain Management.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, order processing, and shipping document handling.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management processes.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP, specifically the Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
• Experience in operational order management, including shipping documentation and foreign trade.
