Operator I, Warehouse & Distribution Operations

About the role

The Operator I supports warehouse and distribution activities within Alcon's production environment. You will perform manual and operational tasks to keep the flow of raw materials and finished goods running smoothly while complying with strict quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute manual and operational tasks according to SOPs to ensure efficient processes.
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor product quality, identify defects, and initiate re‑work or discard as needed.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Review work orders, schedule resources, and align operations with business objectives.
• Follow GxP regulations, complete required training, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum education: SPM (high school).
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Strong adherence to SOPs, documentation, and quality control standards.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
