About the role

Alcon is seeking an Operator I for its Production Technical Operations team in Malaysia. The role focuses on ensuring smooth manufacturing processes, meeting output targets and maintaining strict compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Alcon policies and the Code of Business Conduct.
Monitor that operators follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Drive operators to meet hourly production output targets.
Provide accurate production data to the Supervisor.
Verify that all required production materials are available and correctly positioned.
Uphold Alcon values and standards throughout daily activities.
Observe and enforce Alcon Health, Safety and Environment standards.

Required profile

Demonstrated ability to follow and enforce company policies and SOPs.
Attention to detail in tracking production data and material availability.
Commitment to safety, quality and ethical standards.
