Operations & Store Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an Operations & Store Assistant to join Ridge Biomed in Cyberjaya. The role supports the daily flow of our manufacturing and logistics activities by handling store and inventory tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, including receiving and organizing inventory.
• Perform packing and unpacking of goods, ensuring items are correctly labeled and stored.
• Maintain accurate documentation for inventory movements, shipments and receipts.
• Support delivery processes by preparing orders and coordinating with transport partners.
• Help monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to the operations team.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented individual with a strong sense of organization.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Good communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external carriers.
• Willingness to work on‑site full‑time in Cyberjaya.
