Operations & Membership Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Operations & Membership Coordinator to join our open, respectful and values‑driven team. You will work closely with executive leadership, helping shape national direction while supporting a purpose‑driven organisation that makes an impact across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate membership activities and maintain accurate member records.
• Provide administrative support to committees, including scheduling and documentation.
• Manage invoicing processes and ensure timely payment collection.
• Engage with sponsors, track sponsorship agreements and support related communications.
• Assist in planning and delivering events, from logistics to post‑event follow‑up.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
