Operations & Logistics Support Internship

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a proactive Operations & Logistics Intern to assist with daily operational tasks and cross‑functional coordination. The role offers hands‑on exposure to order processing, logistics coordination, inventory monitoring, system updates, and improvement projects within a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Access customer portals and upload orders and forecasts into Bosch systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate with internal production plants to align orders and delivery schedules.
• Follow up with logistics teams on inbound and outbound shipments, including sample deliveries and new project shipments.
• Support stock level monitoring, identify potential gaps or excess inventory, and assist with related reporting.
• Contribute to improvement projects such as stock monitoring enhancements, phase‑out/phase‑in coordination, and AR process optimisation.
• Provide administrative support for internal events and general documentation tasks.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multinational setting.
