About the role

You will join a dynamic shipping agency team responsible for managing vessel operations and delivering smooth, efficient port call coordination. The full‑time, on‑site position is based at Port Klang and offers a salary of RM 4,000 – RM 6,000 per month. It sits within the manufacturing, transport & logistics sector, focusing on import/export and customs activities. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the smooth flow of vessels through the port, contributing to the overall efficiency of import and export operations.

Key responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day vessel operations, ensuring that schedules, documentation and agency procedures are followed.
Coordinate port calls by liaising with port authorities, pilots, and service providers to achieve timely and efficient turnaround.
