Operations Executive – Digital Inventory & Supplier Coordination

About the role

The Operations Executive will lead digital inventory tracking and supplier coordination for a remote‑first team. This position focuses on ensuring accurate stock data, managing vendor relationships, and driving continuous operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and update digital inventory records to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in the procurement and sourcing process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline purchasing workflows and improve data accuracy.
• Generate regular reports on inventory status, supplier performance, and cost savings.
