Operations Design & Performance Management (Senior Executive)

About the role

The Senior Executive for Operations Design & Performance Management will lead the implementation of efficient, effective processes across all Asia‑Pacific countries and business units. You will drive continuous improvement, harmonise system workflows, and support the smooth operation of the APTC function.

Key responsibilities

• Support resolution of operational issues raised by key users and team leads.
• Lead and support execution of projects and initiatives to improve service delivery.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, knowledge transfer, and change‑request releases.
• Deliver classroom training and hands‑on support to APTC team members.
• Develop and implement improvement initiatives by analysing performance trends.
• Prepare and analyse data for KPI reporting and operational efficiency.
• Maintain and update knowledge documentation.
• Identify non‑conformance areas and ensure corrective actions are applied.
• Collaborate with country and hub teams to ensure accurate, compliant inputs.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• 4‑6 years of relevant supply‑chain experience, including order management and shipping document handling.
• Strong knowledge of supply‑chain processes, foreign documentary trade, and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills.
