Operations Analyst – Real Estate

About the role

The Operations Analyst – Real Estate will support TransPerfect’s global facilities by managing real‑estate leasing, lease administration, construction projects and telecommunications services. The role ensures that space, cost and operational data are accurate and useful for senior decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with brokers to gather and analyse real‑estate alternatives, prepare executive summaries and test‑fit layouts in CAD.
• Develop cost comparisons, make leasing recommendations and negotiate lease agreements with legal and operations teams.
• Track occupancy‑related costs, manage renewal and termination notices, and ensure compliance with free‑rent agreements.
• Coordinate construction projects, create schedules, produce finish plans for architects, and manage furniture layout and vendor activities.
• Establish and document backup telephone and internet services for all offices, conduct backup drills, and resolve outages with vendors.
• Obtain competitive bids for external office expenditures and maintain communication with other departments and global offices.
• Support special projects related to facilities and operations as needed.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in real‑estate or facilities operations.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented approach to tracking costs, lease terms and project schedules.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, global environment.
