Operation Supervisor – Kuala Lumpur

About the role

We are looking for an Operation Supervisor to lead the day‑to‑day building operations at our Kuala Lumpur facility. The successful candidate will ensure that all operational activities run smoothly, maintain high standards of safety and efficiency, and support the continuous improvement of processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations, including maintenance, housekeeping and security.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to schedule and complete work orders.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and report on key indicators.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising operational or facilities teams.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
