Operation Assistant Manager – Digital Finance & Loans

About the role

You will lead operational excellence across our KYC, Customer Service and Collections functions in a fast‑growing digital finance company. The role involves overseeing day‑to‑day activities, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and shape high‑performing operations teams to meet service level targets.
• Ensure compliance with KYC regulations and internal risk controls.
• Monitor process efficiency, analyse performance data and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices.
• Coordinate closely with product, technology and compliance teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management within digital finance or loan services.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or a related field.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
